What do we need to bring?

We require our riders to wear long pants and closed in shoes – boots with a small heel are preferable but running shoes are also appropriate for first timers. Make sure to bring a water bottle. We provide helmets for children and adults complying with current EA helmet safety standards.

What age can my child start learning to ride?

We believe that a love for horses can be fostered from an early age, and offer pony play dates in a safe environment for children two years old and above. Our pony play dates are designed to be a bonding experience for child and parent, and advise that parental participation is required for this activity. To join our regular peer tutor lesson programme, we recommend a minimum age of five.

Do you need prior horse experience to take lessons?

No! We cater to all levels of experience, and work with our riders to find the best match for their riding level. Contact Cherrie to get started today.
